What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
Additional easy and more intuitive than MS Project, Tracking financial data was the main reason for our transition to BigTime. Straightforward to track hours spent and where we had different spreadsheets for various functions and departments – BigTime has everything in one place. Chat support is sweet – though we’re within the UK we get answers in the afternoon or on successive days.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All the necessary basic options are found on this product from budgeting, task management, invoicing, and time tracking among others. Nice workflow management tools and coordination ability are ideal that help the team to effectively work to provide productive projects. Straightforward assigning different tasks to varied users, resources management, scheduling, providing useful financial reports as well as archiving the previously terminated activities and mobile access is available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The onboarding method is very little fast and on every front... it’d be better to own it in 2 phases, an introduction and then several weeks when a question and answer session. Tough to form a GANTT chart for a selected project – every task you would like to show needs to be a milestone or set by priority. Output can be tough to browse once a long-term project for dates. Custom forms work, however, meeting minutes are not so much – text-based minutes, not a table or preset format. It’d be sensible to form tasks primarily based on individual points raised in the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy to use and navigate. Numerous toolbars allow fast access to your projects. It’s useful to be ready to apply filters as completed projects can add up and create it tough to find what you’re looking for.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
The application keeps track of the things we complete every hour and works with a variety of clients. There is also a facility for recording work hours, which is convenient. It was also a useful tool for keeping track of project expenditures. We now keep track of expenses and time using Bigtime because it is very effective because it captures absolutely all of the time dedicated to the projects and allows us to do a very thorough follow-up of the progress of tasks, advances, activities, billable concepts, time per client, and much more, we have also implemented your accounting solutions because we had issues in this area.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I may put my project hours to use, verify staff hours, and obtain client reports. The model is simple to implement and builds on what we currently have. BigTime enables us to track and submit expense reports. Looking back and seeing what decisions were taken for a work and how much it cost is one of the most valuable features of BigTime. You may also manage and control the costs of your initiatives. Time tracking is a fantastic catch; it tracks all time spent on projects and allows you to view them on a mobile timesheet; it offers various report types; and the Android and iOS applications are excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve is steep, and it may be frustrating at times. Nonetheless, with a little assistance and training workshops, you can make the most of this program; however, it would be wonderful if they included more fields to tailor the app based on customer demands. I would advise BigTime developers to design timecards in a way that is simple for employees to track and comprehend.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bigtime is a software with a lot of reliable features that will undoubtedly enhance the management of your finances and the tracking of projects in your company. I also recommend it because of its affordability, the abundance of pre-made templates, the variety of integrations, and his excellent ability to guarantee that project deadlines are met and that they are always completed within budget. Create tasks so that employees can simply track and value their time contribution.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
BigTime is a good system that works for what it is supposed to and is easy to use for someone who knows how to use a computer. We have been able to track hours against certain projects by person, The Report Center really takes advantage of the data entered into the system so that with the push of a button, your data is organized and presented in an easy to understand report. Custom reports are an excellent feature and, with the help of the support team, you can create any report your company needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can pull most reports into Excel and filter and sort from there. Having the task status is very useful for those who use that feature. Integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks, allows me to easily track my time, expenses and create invoices. I can easily see where I am with project budgets versus time spent and can easily gauge when it is time to invoice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The wide range of terminology used in the software is confusing and causes errors during implementation. If a feature is not currently active in BigTime, it is most likely in the pipeline for future integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is great because it provides reporting and auditability throughout the process with a few clicks instead of having to sort through manual data collection templates. One can know the health of our projects in one click with one report. It is obsolete time tracking software, a different project management tool for each project. It saves me endless time and headaches.
