What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Unlike other similar products, Zoho Social has most of the company teams included such as the publishing, typesetting and monitoring. As a result, everyone can see the flow of work within a department or company. Another aspect that differentiates Zoho Social from competitors is the fact that it has a calendar view as well as tagging feature where one can tag a specific person.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Social is its tagging feature. One can tag those whom they want to give a specific information. Also, the hashtag feature allows concerned teams to contribute to an issue that concerns them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don have anything against Zoho Social. So far it has served me well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend people dealing with teams or a large group of employees to try Zoho Social as it saves time in matters collaboration, customer engagement and reporting.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

The price is reasonable for us. The vast majority of the others we utilized we'd abandon since they were simply excessively costly and not worth the cash. What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Zoho Social is an appropriate approach for universal marketing and it fully works with other social networks. Also, the tool helps in creating unique posts, and allows us to include any information we require. And finally, the support from the vendor is remarkable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The abilities of Zoho Social to integrate with other applications is something that delights me so much. Also, the unique approach in terms of technology and management is also amazing. Lastly, the vendor issues fair terms which are easy to apply and manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Social should have better themes, one that are many for users to possibly edit and change them when need arises. Also, the application should release updates often to make the tool suitable and relevant in the larger market.
